Highways and Streets Located just off I-35 along U.S. Highway 69 and Shepherd Road. Heartland Drive, through the park, is a 36-foot asphalt street with concrete curbs. Rail Services Burlington Northern Railroad runs along the east boundary of the park. Air Services Kansas City International Airport is located 15 miles west of Heartland Meadows via I-435. Clay County Regional Airport is seven miles northeast of the park. Electricity UtiliCorp United and Union Electric Company each supply electricity to portions of Heartland Meadows. All distribution lines inside the park are underground. Natural Gas Missouri Gas Energy furnishes natural gas to Heartland Meadows through 6-inch lines located throughout the park. Water and Sanitary Sewer Served by the City of Liberty. Twelve-inch water lines are located throughout the park. Sanitary sewers are connected to the City of Liberty's northside treatment plant. |
