Meadows is a 260-acre light industrial park located at U.S. Highway 69 off I-35 in
Liberty, Missouri. The park began development in 1991 after being chosen as the site of Banta Publications Group's new printing facility. Companies joining since then include O'Dell Publishing Company, Continental Disc Corporation, Professional Metals, Action Mailing, Anchorman Sales and Johnson Controls. Today, the reputation of Heartland Meadows as a high quality industrial park continues to grow for many reasons, including prime location, an available skilled work force, accessibility to area resources and first-rate park maintenance. |
The park offers easy accessibility to utilities including electricity, water, fiber optic cable and natural gas.
Plus, when it comes to transportation, Heartland Meadows is strategically located. Wide roadways run throughout the park giving large trucks easier maneuverability.
Quality railway services run along the east boundary of the park. Major interstates and highways connect the park to the Kansas City metropolitan area. And Kansas City International Airport is only a short 15-mile drive west of Heartland Meadows. |
